Jichangsheng Technology is a China PCB and assembly manufacturer with manufacturing facilities in Shenzhen. We are dedicated to globally providing high quality Printed Circuit Boards and PCB assemblies delivered on-time and within budget. As a turnkey PCB assembly provider, we specialize in PCB fabrication, PCB assembly and components sourcing services. The production of rigid and rigid-flex PCBs from single-sided to multi-layer, HDI boards, MCPCBs and PCB Assembly with low-to-high volumes. For manufacturing highest quality electronic products, we provide SPI Inspection, AOI Inspection, X-ray Inspection, ICT Testing, Program Uploading and Functional Testing as our value-added services.

History

In 2007: Jichangsheng Technology founded to be a PCB assembly factory.
In 2010: Jichangsheng Invested SBT Technologies to be a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) factory.
In 2014: Jichangsheng established supply chain of Electronic Components and IMS PCB.
In 2018: Jichangsheng went into the supply chain of Xiaomi Corporation.
In 2019: Jichangsheng imported 3 other SMT lines and owns 8 SMT lines.
In 2025: Eight Yamaha production lines, all connected and fully assembled, have already been put into production, and two Panasonic production lines will be put into production in October this year

We always invest and update our capacities and equipment to enable us to do PCB boards with HDI, Blind vias, Buried Vias, Filled Vias (via-in-pad), Controlled Impedance, Heavy Copper, high aspect ratios and micro-BGAs, and PCB assemblies with the smallest package 0201, fine pitch and BGA assembly.

When your PCB design is completed, we will be there to provide support in free DFM, quick-turn PCB prototypes and prototype PCB assembly. When the project is verified by your engineer, or ours as per your testing procedures, and goes to mass production, we offer Turnkey PCB and assembly services including PCB fabrication, component sourcing, stencil, board assembly and testing. What you need to do is just to send us the Gerber files, BOM, Coordinate file, Assembly Drawing and Testing Procedures documentation.

In your R&D period, the work we do is to offer low cost with high quality prototype PCB boards and PCB assembly service for testing and calibration. If in necessary, we will tell you how to modify and revise the design for lowing project cost in high volume.

The cooperation between us is to work on low cost and high-quality printed boards and/or PCB assemblies. All electronic products manufactured in our PCB or SMT assembly house will be quality guaranteed. We are fully conformance with the ISO9001:2015 quality management system, all circuits boards will be under electric testing before loading to SMT assembly lines, and all PCBAs also can be tested if in demand before delivery.
